Groundwork Residency

Get excited about where dance can take you! Designed for youth age 9 and above, Groundwork Residency is a two-week adventure centering creativity and self-expression. This program will ground students in morning technique classes in contemporary and hip hop, followed by afternoons learning how to make our own dances. Students will engage with local community arts and culture organizations, learn how to collaborate with professionals across disciplines, and interview current dance artists in the field internationally. The program will culminate in a live performance sharing our experience.
