International Fortepiano Salon: Catskill Mountain Foundation Piano Performance Museum

About the performance

After presenting many fortepianos and artists from around the world during the last 5 years, the International Fortepiano Salon is hosting its own home venue, the piano collection of the Piano Performance Museum at the Catskill Mountain Foundation in Hunter, New York. Your hosts will perform on special instruments and will introduce the pianos in a short lecture. The program director, Pam Weisberg, and the piano technician, Richard Hester, will join us live to talk about the collection and all the activities taking place around it.
