ABOUT US

Doctorow Center for the Arts

The Doctorow Center for the Arts is funded by the Jarvis and Constance Doctorow Family Foundation. The facility is dedicated to music and film arts for the benefit of the surrounding community and the region as a whole. This beautiful new multi-arts complex is home to a two-screen cinema showing mainstream, family, independent and foreign films, and the Pleshakov Piano Museum – one of the world's only institutions dedicated to the preservation and exhibition of period pianos.

The Doctorow Center also includes the intimate Evelyn Weisberg Concert Hall adjacent to the piano museum, where authentic pianos are featured in live performances. Family-friendly and cutting edge cinema, chamber concerts and educational programs are presented year round at this invaluable community resource.
