Note: This course has been offered in the past and is provided for informational purposes only.

A terrific new technique for fiber artists, beaders and metalsmiths.  Create a necklace and bracelet specifically designed for this workshop while learning to crochet with wire and beads. For additional design inspiration, photos and books showing other artists work in this medium will be available. Students must know basic crochet stitches: chain, snip stitch & single crochet. Students must bring steel crochet hooks (size #4 or larger, an old pillow case and are encouraged to bring 4mm to 6mm beads of their own choosing. A materials fee will be collected at the workshop for the wire, approx. $7 to $10. Additional beads and #4 steel hooks will also be available.

A 14 room beautifully furnished facility with private bath and air conditioning, Sherwood House features a common kitchen, large living room with wide screen TV and wireless Internet.
