Stitched Landscape PanoramicsStudio Course Note: This course has been offered in the past and is provided for informational purposes only.
Getting a wider field of view is the least interesting thing about shooting multirow stitched panoramas. By shooting a grid of overlapping shots we can easily create large or very large prints at 300dpi or higher native resolution. In this course we will cover equipment issues including how to make a simple multirow panohead for under $40. We will go in depth, covering the variety of inexpensive stitching software packages available, many of which will stitch 200 or more shots together on a home computer. There will be extensive hands-on practice in variety of terrain so students can experience what a powerful tool this brings to their kit. |
