Through the Camera Lens
"Fog Island," by Todd Gay “I just happened to be riding along the tracks in Barrytown when I saw the fog bank rolling in from the West. I was very lucky to have had a camera with me.”
—Todd Gay Todd Gay has only been taking photography seriously for about a year. Until then he treated it as a hobby and says, “I’d stick a camera in someone’s face and always liked the result but then I started thinking, ‘what would happen if I got a decent camera and took this more seriously?’” Since then takes a camera wherever he goes and invested in a Canon Digital SLR and started collecting lenses. So far he’s had numerous photographs selected for calendars and newspaper articles. Todd also placed third in the Action Sports category of the Catskill Region Photography Contest.
