Through the Camera Lens
"Windstorm at Kaaterskill Falls," by Herb Chong Herb Chong has lived in the Hudson Valley for more than 20 years. He began taking pictures in high school, more than 30 years ago. Much of that work was of people in his neighborhood. In later high school and college he did a lot of journalistic photography but practically stopped taking pictures after college. After buying a digital camera in 1998 his interest was rekindled and he shot digital exclusively for almost a year, upgrading to a better digital camera as his skills improved and his requirements increased.
