A Fair Deal
By Jonathan Ment

In November, many towns and cities in the Region, like nearby Albany, break out the lighting displays to celebrate the holidays.
Well the skies stayed clear (enough) and for much of last month the weather was summer like. Autumn has arrived and the leaves have begun falling. But there’s still a bit more to see on the festival beat.
There are more than a few opportunities to shop, the remain days of several popular farmers’ markets and naturally, or perhaps supernaturally, many chances to catch Santa Claus himself rolling into towns and villages throughout the region.
