In an effort to stimulate and share knowledge of Natural Agriculture, the Sugar Maples Natural Agriculture Farm is accepting Farm Interns from mid-May to the end of September. Duties to include - but not limited to - the following: preparing beds,sowing seeds and transplanting seedlings,harvesting, washing, sorting and packing vegetables, farm maintainance and assisting with weekly CSA Member pick up and Member Seasonal Farm Event Days. Compensation: free housing, $100 stipend for every 40 hours worked, complimentary NA vegetables (grade B) and art classes (on availability).Some farming background/experience as well as interest in the arts is suggested.
