“Rainy Day in Paradise” by James Slane “There’s a lot of landscape out there. The hard part is being at the right place at right time.”
—James Slane James Slane's interest in photography started in junior high school where he was active on the yearbook and acted as school photographer. After high school and college James took pictures for the local newspapers but only upon retirement was he able to give photography more of his attention and says, "it's still not as much as I'd like." James is a member of the Ulster County Photography Club, which gives him an opportunity to interact with other photographers, pick up ideas and share some of his own. back to May 2009
