“Rondout Views,” by Anita DeFina Hadley

Anita DeFina Hadley developed an interest in photography over the years but with the advent of Digital and digital SLR she has blossomed. She says of her work, "This is my 'retirement' from higher education avocation, and has become a way to exhibit my passion for creativity through the lens." Anita is the founder and program organizer of the Ulster County Photography Club and sits on its executive committee as well. She is a current member and resident photographer for the Art Society of Kingston (ASK). Anita's images have been published in Digital Camera, an international photography magazine, as well as in the Kingston Freeman and Guide magazine. She has won numerous awards for her work and one of her photographs (which will appear in a later issue) won second place in the Water category of the 2007 Guide photo contest.
