“Foggy Frost Valley Farm,” by Charlie Dill Charlie Dill took photography in high school and graphic art in college but is mostly a self-taught photographer. With the advent of digital Charlie found his incentive to get a new camera and back into photography. Charlie's photos have appeared in the Guide on several occasions -- most recently in the October issue. He is a member of the Wurtsboro Art Alliance and The Liberty Museum & Arts Center.
