Healing and Mystery Workshop

Experience the mystical. Participants will develop a personalized sensitivity to the paranormal through energy work, the study of Shamanism, working with the human aura and learning individual and group healing techniques. At the first class Alan Epstein will introduce students to the practice of the spiral energy healing technique developed by Brough Joy, and Susan Laubmeier will begin a seven week book study of Barbara Brennan's Hands of Light.
The workshop will meet weekly, on Saturdays, 10:30 AM starting April 10th. Gather at the CMF Bookstore and then to the second floor. Arrangements can be made to bring students up to speed if they miss a session. Class size is limited. Call Carolyn at the Village Square bookstore to reserve your seat.

Alan Epstein, healer, shamanic student and teacher, has a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, and is licensed in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist. He has studied healing with Brough Joy, author of Avalanche and was apprenticed to Shaman, Leah Maggie Garfield, who was trained by famous Pomo Shaman, Essie Parish.

Susan Laubmeier, healer, is a Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Master. She was initiated as a Pachakuti Mesa Carrier (a form of Peruvian Shamanism) by Don Oscar, Miro-Quesada, founder of Heart of the Healer.
