Informal Dinners to Grand Celebrations!

Join us for cooking classes with Elka Park's Top Chef, Bernie Pittman, a classically trained Certified Clulinary Instructor. Classes will be held at the CMF's state-of-the-art kitchen -- a perfect setting for creating scrumptious meals. Bernie will design weekly menus with a modern take on superb, classic cooking using local farm fresh ingredients. You will learn how to navigate cooking and gracious entertaining like a pro. The afternoon will culminate in a family-syle seated dinner where you can savor the afternoon's efforts in a fun and engaging atmosphere. Wines will be paired to compliment the meal.
