Master Chef, Michael Cotrone

Fresh Harvest Cafe is pleased to introduce our new Master Chef, Michael Cotrone with a very special Mother's Day menu on Sunday, May 10. We hope you'll join us.

Master Chef Cotrone studied at the French Culinary Institute, The Culinary Institute of America as well as having extensive experience in some of Manhattan's Finest Restaurants.

• Organic country salad w/crispy bacon, roasted garlic, blue cheese & raspberry maple vinaigrette

• Vegetarian Lasagne with ricotta & mozzarella cheese
• Pan seared Wild Samon with crispy skin sauteed endive, risoleed potatoes & tartar sauce
