Health, Healing and Longevity

Oriental Doctor of Medicine, Abigail M. Podrecca, joins us once again to discuss health, healing and longevity. She will share her knowledge on nutrition and the herbal uses of back yard herbs, naturopathic herbs and oriental herbs in lieu of synthetic pharmaceuticals.

Ms. Podrecca has been practicing since graduating from the New England College of Acupuncture in Boston, in 1978. She studied in China and Tibet receiving her doctorate in women's health and sports injuries. Ms. Podrecca, has also taught in Vail Colorado, at the Steadman Clinic. In New York City, she practiced with Richard Backarack, M.D. an osteopath who worked with the Joffery Dance Theater. Currently she practices in New York City and at her ranch in East Jewett. She also teaches medical Chi Gong and meditation.
