The Village Square Bookstore's first meeting of the Sunday After-Meeting Local History Book Club. To commemorate the 400th anniversary of Henry Hudson's trip up the river that bears his name, the Club will start with a discussion of Native New Yorkers by Evan Pritchard. The book, both scholarly and spiritual, acknowledges New York's first inhabitants - the Algonquin people of New York City, Long Island and the Hudson River Valley. Store manager Carolyn Bennett will facilitate the discussion.
