The Catskill Mountains are host to abundant wildlife, among them, monarch butterflies. Each fall millions of these amazing insects prepare for a journey of over 3000 miles to their over-wintering grounds in Mexico. Join Beverly Dezan of Lexington, a longtime educator and naturalist, in a presentation about the life cycle of these amazing creatures and the implications they present for promoting a global community. Live organisms will be available for observation and identification.
