Panini Express: 70 Delicious Recipes Hot Off the Press by Dan Leader & Lauren Chattman. Author Daniel Leader, founder and owner of Bread Alone, will be at the Village Square Bookstore (formerly the Catskill Mountain Foundation Bookstore) in Hunter Village, Rte. 23A to talk about his new book. In honor of Dan's visit, the Fresh Harvest Cafe & Farm Market's new chef Paul Morales will be offering free panini tasting from 1:30-3:30 PM using receipes from Dan Leader's book.
