Following on the success of last year's series of readings by regional poets with a special appearance by acclaimed writer Francine Prose, the 2007 Readers and Writers Series will include regional authors and nationally known writers in a series of readings to take place throughout the year. A wide range of writers will be invited to participate in the series–poets, writers of mystery, non-fiction, children's stories and other fiction.
