Date: Saturday, June 7
Now that the cold weather is finally behind us and our gardens are waking up once more, it seems that flowers are everywhere. Wouldn't it be great if you could carry a bit of that beauty wherever you go?
Win West and Marie Wilson-Lago, two clay artists from the Woodstock area, make that possible. They sculpt and fire jewelry from fine porcelain in beautiful flower forms that echo the season's finest. You'll find all sorts of blooms, including daisy, sunflower, pansy, clematis, morning glory, tiger lily, magnolia, poppy, rose, coneflower, dogwood, daffodil, dahlia, black-eyed susan, even jack-in-the-pulpit, trillium and more!
These two talented women will be in the lobby of Hunter Village Square in the village of Hunter this coming Saturday, June 7th, from 12:00 to 4:00 to demonstrate how they make these amazing pieces. They will have their complete line of pin/pendants, earrings and necklaces on hand.
