This course will explore the inspiring beauty and rich variation of natural and weathered woods. We will create designs for interior and exterior applications using found and harvested woods. The course will cover harvesting, seasoning, peeling and storing materials. Appropriate joinery will be covered. Finished suitable to the use of final product will be explored. Particiipants will work on projects such as fences, gates, seating and trelllises, some of which will become part of the Natural Agriculture Garden and the facility at Sugar Maples. Interior projects will include mirrors and tables.
